What  happens on first consultation Firstly I conduct an initial assessment, which we’ll reflect on with each subsequent session. This includes a postural and movement assessment so non-restrictive underwear or shorts are ideal attire. I will talk to you about lifestyle and suggest ways to effect your individual behavior.  

 

If you are uncomfortable with any modality of treatment there is always an alternative approach to suit each person.     

 

How long does a session last The first consultation lasts approximately one hour but may take a little longer. Subsequent consultations are dependent on the issue and symptoms and are usually 1 hour.

What do I need to bring to my appointment

Please wear comfortable clothing, non-restrictive underwear or shorts are ideal attire.

 

If you have doctors report, MRI scans or X-ray reports that are appropriate for your injury please bring them also. 

 

Please come fully hydrated.  A pint of water 2hrs prior to treatment is ideal.

 

You may feel a little tender or pain may go up in the first 24-48 hours after treatment.  This is normal following assessment and treatment.

 

Can I claim treatment on my private health insurance I am registered with major health insurers.  Check your health policy for cover details.

 

Cancellations Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation when possible.

 

How much do I pay 

First Consultation is 70 Euros

Returning visits 60 Euros
